Here are some of our T&C’s:

1) All skips to be paid for prior or upon delivery unless otherwise arranged

2)All skips are left at the customers responsibility.

3)No skip is to be overloaded beyond its rated capacity this could result in an overload charge

4)No materials are to be burned in the skip

5)The Hirer shall ensure that no poisonous or Hazardous Waste to which the Control of Pollution Regulations
1980 SI1980 No 1709 (or subsequent amendments) apply will be placed in the container unless prior notification in accordance with the regulations has been made.

6)All prices quoted for hire of a skip are for a maximum hire period of 7 days, any longer periods must be agreed with LV Skip Hire and will be charged for in line with LV Skip Hire pricing policy.

7) Unless otherwise agreed in writing contents of the container pass to William Beech Skip Hire Ltd at the point the container leaves the Hirers premises.

8) LV Skip Hire reserve the right to collect (without contacting the Hirer) any skip that has been held at the hirers premises beyond the date agreed at the time of the Hirer ordering the skip or after 7 days from the point of the hire.

9)If your skip contains more than 20% plaster board, felt or rubber you need to order a skip solely for these materials and they will be charged per ton

10)We do not accept fridges or fridge freezers in any circumstances, they are classed as hazardous waste due to the refrigeration gases inside.

11)We accept mattresses and there is an additional charge of £20 per mattress.
